This collection of buildings in Pudong, Shanghai was originally designed by Isozaki, but after a few years the original developers wanted to redesign the buildings one by one. They invited local architect Yu Ting to take the challenge on. Yu Ting has covered the existing solid walls with bamboo curtain walls and translucent rice paper.
