Trista Yang is a young Chinese furniture and industrial designer, and has just released details about her new stool. Made from scraps of bamboo, the stool has a smooth top but unfinished underside, revealing the method of construction.

He has now established his own brand, Shan Liang with Guanbo Liang. Their aim is to create traditional furniture with modern materials and aesthetic touches, focussing on minute details.
