If theres one thing I love seeing in China, its the retro logos on state owned buildings and public works projects. They remain distinctly old-school and refuse to change for the 21st century – which is brilliant. Most of these are state owned companies, in charge of railways, land, travel groups and so on. They seem like they would be relevant in a ‘Thunderbirds-esque’ world.

Its music season here in Beijing, whereby all of our Festivals happen within a week of one another – making you choose between your favorites genre of music.
This one is the China Music Valley Festival, which is run by a State run company, Gehua and American Entertainment company, Live Nation. Irrespective of how well it went, the poster certainly looks the most slick and professional in Beijing, and was designed by SHOWHY.
