Extract — what the report says, and what it never says

Not-met detail. The report never mentions coronary artery calcification, and the AI note explains that silence.
Not met. Silence on coronary artery calcification is the gap this measure counts.
Met detail. The report documents coronary calcification, a grade, and a follow-up recommendation, with the AI note.
Met. Calcification is stated, graded, and tied to a follow-up recommendation.
